Episode Description

Disney News is jam-packed this week. Disney announced that they’ll be discontinuing annual passes for Disneyland. On the East Coast, they announced starting 2022, they’ll no longer be offering the Magical Express service. Both of these announcements shook the Disney community. We speculate why and talk about how this will impact guests, cast members, and drivers.

In much better news, Pixar’s Soul will be entering the parks far faster than pretty much any other Disney property. They’ll be having a history of jazz exhibit inside The American Adventure, with Joe Gardner making appearances.

Our episode this week is the final one (for now) in the Overrated/Underrated Disney Attractions series we have using touringplans.com. If you’ve never heard one of these before because listening to more Disney podcasts was your New Year’s resolution, we look at the ratings on touringplans and then pick a 2-4 attractions we believe their users overrated and 2-4 we believe they underrated. We’ve done all of the Disney Tokyo parks and with this episode focusing on Hollywood Studios, we finish our Disney World rankings. (Disneyland, we’re coming for you next!)

So, what rides in Hollywood Studios do we think are overrated? I think you’re going to be surprised by some of our picks. And what rides are underrated?
